Upon receiving a room reservation and the corresponding payment, we will promptly confirm the Guest’s booking information via email, phone, or SMS.

Please present your booking confirmation at our reception desk to check in at the scheduled time.

• Check-out time: before 12 PM

Any additional expenses incurred for extra services and products during the stay will be billed according to the hotel's prices and our regulations. Kindly settle the payment upon check out.

Children under 11 years old (accompanied by their parents), do not incur any additional charges.

Children over 12 years old must buy an extra bed for 350.000 VNĐ
